New starters need to get to know how your business works, fast. I design structured onboarding guides or role handbooks that help new starters thrive from day one.

What happens next?

Step 1: Free Initial Consult

We talk through what you’re looking for and what you’re solving for. There’s no obligation to work with me here, I want to understand your situation and make sure I'm the right fit before we go any further. If I'm not, I'll tell you.

Step 2: Scope & Proposal

If there's a fit, I put together a clear proposal and quote including what the work involves, what you'll end up with, how long it'll take and what it costs. We only revise the quote if the scope of the work expands, so you know what to expect upfront.

Step 3: Discovery & Draft

I review what already exists, including documents, or conversations with a subject-matter expert (if the information is just in people’s heads). From there, I draft the resource itself for you to review, whether it be SOPs, training presentations, onboarding guides or change management plans. It’s done with your brand voice and standards in mind for consistency across your business.

Step 4: Review & Finalise

You review the draft and we refine it until it's accurate and ready to use. For larger projects, this can extend to testing, live training or rollout support, but the core of every project is the same: you end up with something clear, correct, and ready to hand to your team.
