Process · Training · Onboarding · Change
You know where the business is going. Can your team go the distance?
Hiring more people, adding sites, taking on more customers, or changing direction entirely? Every one of those asks your team to work differently. Your processes, training and onboarding should help them do that.
I build the foundation that makes your new direction executable. I document how work gets done, embed capability in your people, and build the reinforcement that keeps the standard you want consistent.
What I do
I document how work gets done, craft training people actually engage with, and support teams through change.
Capture how your business actually works through SOPs, cheat guides and how-to guides your team can follow.
PROCESS DOCUMENTATION
Clear, engaging training that embeds the knowledge: eLearning, microlearning or facilitated sessions.
TRAINING
Structured and branded onboarding guides and role handbooks that help new starters thrive from day one.
ONBOARDING
New product, system or process? Make sure your team understands it, adopts it and sticks with it.
CHANGE
I spent a decade in luxury hotel leadership across Australia and Canada, where the standard is the product and consistency isn't optional. From there I drove loyalty performance and consistency of delivery across 400 hotels in the Pacific, then moved into a national coworking network, building the systems, processes and capability that keep five-star standards holding across 17 locations.
The scale changes. The fundamentals don't, and I’ve proved this across industries:
Hotels (400 in four countries)
Coworking (17 locations)
Blue collar industries
Finance & Investment
Heath & Wellbeing
& more…
I won't ask you to buy new software. I work inside the tools you already have, in your brand's voice, and I build things your team can maintain without me.
Consistency at scale only happens when your people understand the why, trust the how, and feel equipped to deliver.
Why me
I focus on the things that actually change behaviour: clear documentation, practical training, and internal communication. I come into your existing environment, with whatever tools, systems and structures you already have, and give you measurable results, keeping true to your brand.
Here's what working with me actually looks like:
My Approach
-
No new systems, no extra tools, no extra budget.
I don’t suggest new systems, new tools or anything that reques extra budget (unless you ask. meto). Whatever platforms, processes and structures you already have built are what we document.
-
I embed your vision, values and brand throughout everything I build. When I'm done, it should feel like something your business created, because in every way that matters, it was.
-
I've led frontline teams. I know what it's like to be handed a training manual that nobody reads, or a process that makes perfect sense in a boardroom and falls apart on the floor.
Everything I build is designed for the people who actually have to use it.
-
When we finish working together, you shouldn't need me to keep things running. I build things you can maintain, update and build on yourself.

The process:
Step 1: Free 30-minute Consult
We talk through what's happening and what it's costing you. There's no obligation here. I want to understand your situation and make sure I'm the right fit before we go further. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
Step 2: Scope & Proposal
If there's a fit, I put together a clear proposal and quote covering what the work involves, what you'll end up with, how long it takes and what it costs. I only revise the quote if the scope expands, so you know what to expect upfront.
Step 3: Document and build
I review what already exists, including documents and conversations with the people who hold the knowledge. From there I draft the resource itself for you to review, whether that's SOPs, onboarding guides, training or a change plan. It's built with your brand voice and standards in mind.
Step 4: Train & Reinforce
Your team learns the standard, and we put the reinforcement in place that keeps it holding after I've gone. For larger projects this extends to testing, live training or rollout support.
